In 2011 Aussiespeed became involved with customers using and racing Briggs & Stratton Animal racing engines. With a problem in some fit ups of engines to go karts the carburettor was positioned above the right hand rear tyre. A manifold was designed to move the carburettor. The manifold was sent off for independent testing and when the report came back the manifold not only repositioned the carburettor but the longer runner also had the potential to increased horse power and torque. The manifold is under going homologation by the AKA to be used by TEKA the Endurance Karting Association on Karts running twin Animal racing engines.
